# Settings

> Update your business info, phone numbers, and preferences.

Most of your system is pre-configured by Revora. But there are a few settings you should personalize.

## Updating Your Business Info

Your business information shows up in various places — email signatures, booking pages, and compliance documents.

### How to Update It

1. Click **Settings** in the bottom-left corner
2. Click **Business Profile**
3. Update the fields:
   * **Business Name** — Your company name
   * **Phone** — Your business phone number
   * **Email** — Your business email
   * **Address** — Your business address
   * **Website** — Your website URL
   * **Time Zone** — Make sure this is correct for your area
4. Click **Save**

> **Important:** Your business name should match your legal/EIN name exactly. This matters for A2P compliance.

## Updating Your Phone Number

Your phone number is managed under the Phone Numbers section.

### How to Check Your Phone Number

1. Click **Settings**
2. Click **Phone Numbers** (under Channels)
3. You'll see your assigned phone number, its A2P status, and any settings

### If You Need a New Number

Contact the Revora team. We'll help you get a new number set up and registered for A2P.

> **Note:** Don't try to add or remove phone numbers yourself. The wrong setup can break your AI outreach.

## Updating Your Email Settings

If you want to send or receive emails through the platform:

1. Click **Settings**
2. Click **Email Services** (under Channels)
3. Follow the prompts to connect your email

### Do You Need Email?

For most Revora users, **text messaging (SMS) is the primary channel.** Email is optional. If you don't need email, you can skip this.

## Notification Settings

Make sure you get notified when important things happen (like a lead booking a call).

### How to Set Up Notifications

1. Click your **profile icon** (top right corner)
2. Click **My Profile** or **Notifications**
3. Choose what you want to be notified about:
   * New replies from leads
   * Appointment bookings
   * Missed calls
4. Choose how you want to be notified:
   * **Email** — Get an email notification
   * **Mobile Push** — Get a notification on your phone (requires the LeadConnector app)
   * **Desktop** — Get a browser notification
5. Click **Save**

> **Tip:** At minimum, turn on mobile push notifications for **new replies** and **appointment bookings**. These are the two things you don't want to miss.

## What You Should NOT Change in Settings

| **Triggers**                     | ⚠️ Do not touch | Control when actions happen                                 |
