- Click the link in the email
- Create your password
- Log in at app.gohighlevel.com

Setting Up the Mobile App (LeadConnector)
The mobile app lets you check conversations and respond to leads from your phone. This is important — leads expect fast responses.
How to Download
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for “LeadConnector”
- Download and install the app
- Open the app and log in with the same email and password you use for GoHighLevel
What You Can Do on Mobile
- See all your conversations
- Reply to leads yourself
- Turn the AI on or off for any conversation
- Get notifications when a lead replies
- View your calendar and appointments

Setting Up Your Calendar
Your calendar is where leads book calls with you. The AI can send a booking link during a conversation, and the lead picks a time that works for them.
How to Set Your Availability
- Click Calendar in the left sidebar
- Click the gear icon (settings) on your calendar
- Go to Availability
- Set the days and times you’re available for calls
- Click Save

We know this can be confusing, so here’s a simple breakdown:

Example Monthly Text Cost
If your AI sends 2,000 texts in a month:
- 2,000 × 0.0079=∗∗15.80 for the month**
These costs show up in your GoHighLevel billing under LC Phone (LeadConnector Phone).
Important: Revora’s monthly fee and your GHL phone costs are separate. Revora handles the AI and automations. GHL handles the phone and messaging infrastructure.
